One of the benefits of the Canfield Computers Managed Services plan is that we monitor our clients’ systems 24/7/365 to ensure that everything is running properly. We take advantage of nights and weekends – when we’ll have the least impact on business operations – to perform routine maintenence, run malware scans, and update and patch your systems. However we can’t do any of those things if the PC is powered off. Please instruct your employees to LOG OFF of their system at the end of each workday, but do not SHUT DOWN the system. If for some reason you can’t leave your systems running please contact our Help Desk at (330) 967-0466 (Option 1) to make alternate arrangements.
